jis root per yah train nahin jaati hai use root ka ticket kyon nikaalte Hain Mera ticket Surat se Gorakhpur ka tha Lucknow mein le jakar ke chhod Diya aise mein mujhe booking karne se kya fayda hai

Very bad Journey experience I had in my life... Very poor quality service and Charges are costly in which no good services are provided... No pantry car is available please solve this issues or close this train services in further...

Toilets were dirty,vendors were loitering with water bottles,eatables etc there was chaos all d time .
