FCF - Terms & Conditions

1. FCF is a ConfirmTkt free cancellation service where you get a full train fare refund on your train ticket cancellation.
2. Full train fare refund is the base fare you paid for your ticket booking, excluding service, convenience, payment gateway, and FCF charges.
3. FCF If you have opted for FCF, you can cancel your ticket anytime before chart preparation or 4 hours before scheduled departure of train (whichever is earlier) and get a full train fare refund.

FCF Max - Terms & Conditions

1. FCF MAX is a ConfirmTkt free cancellation service where you get a full train fare refund on your train ticket cancellation + extra cash benefits
2. FCF Max: If you have opted for FCF Max, you can cancel your ticket anytime (even after the chart is prepared) and get a full train fare refund + FCF Max extra cash benefit.
3. If IRCTC does not permit cancellations after chart preparation, you will need to file a TDR. If your TDR request is approved by IRCTC, you will receive a complete refund along with the additional FCF Max cash benefit.
4. FCF Max extra cash benefit will be credited to your ConfirmTkt Promotional wallet and can be used only for your train ticket booking and cannot be transferred to your bank account. The amount of extra cash benefit is the amount of a certain % of your IRCTC ticket base fare that was shown in the FCF Max plan at the time of optin during your booking process.
5. FCF Max extra cash credited to your ConfirmTkt Promotional wallet has an expiry of 45 days.

   An example to show how FCF Max works:
   

   Ticket Base Fare: Rs 1000,

   Departure: 20th May 2020, 6:00 pm

   FCF extra cash benefit: Rs 210 (Mentioned at the time of optin, can vary with time)

   1. Ticket Cancellation before 2pm 20th May 2020 or Chart preparation(which ever is earlier) : User Refund = (Rs 1000 in Bank Account) + (Rs 52 ConfirmTkt Promotional wallet)
   2. Ticket Cancellation after chart preparation and TDR filed and accepted by IRCTC
      • User Refund(if waitlist) = (Rs 1000 in Bank Account) + (Rs 52 ConfirmTkt Promotional wallet)
      • User Refund(confirmed ticket) = (Rs 1000 in Bank Account) + (Rs 52 ConfirmTkt Promotional wallet)
   3. Ticket Cancellation after chart preparation and TDR not filed or TDR filed but rejected.
      • User Refund(if waitlist) = (Rs 1000 in Bank Account) + (Rs 52 ConfirmTkt Promotional wallet)
      • User Refund(confirmed ticket) = 0

6. Chart can be prepared from 4 hours to up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train.
7. Free cancellation fee may change if the fare/ticket status changes before you navigate to the payment page.
8. ConfirmTkt will not be liable to pay any other cost incurred by the user apart from the ticket base fare on opting for ConfirmTkt free cancellation.
