The compartment indication on Vapi platform were wrong. People had to run with kids n luggage to reach their compartment.

AC was lowered to chilling cold in Borivali Station which was corrected after raising alert. Could have been avoided. Overall good experience!

Very basic, cold tasteless food. If serving food then make sure this changes otherwise food is just wasted.

there was not USB charger, food and service very nice 👌 👍,toilet paper and sanitary napkins not available. [if incase passengers not traveling 😒 then IRCTC should be refund amount]

Comfort is below expectations. Food quality is not up to mark , poor quality and menu is not good.
Seats are also not so comfortable.

Serve Tea with breakfast..
Even only fried rice you are surviving.But Gujarati have full meal
