Pathetic maintenance of the train compartment from inside, basic things are either missing or torn out. Blinds and its mechanism is out of service. stoppers for curtain are missing, so you can't pull down the curtains. seat handles are loose, no one bothers to tight them before they fall completely. AC vents on top of the entry doors are so dirty like they were never ever cleaned since day one. Washroom are missing cleanliness and lacks hygiene.

worst ever train travelled in India.Not even deserve single star.Hefty fare pathetic quality food and service.Never ever think of traveling this train. Private players looting train

Train cleanliness is very poor. And food quality is also not as good as it should be.
Interior of the train looks like it's very old and dull.
Shatabdi Express and Vande bharat is better then Tejas.
Bad experience.

Very good experience. My two & half year son enjoyed a lot during our travel from Lucknow to Ghaziabaad.Already planned for our next journey with same in month of Nov. Thank you soo much irctc to make our journey amazing.
