Service provided by IRCTC is very good. Staff is very cooperative. As we are not frequent traveler, experience is very nice and pleasant. Thanks.

Takes too much time 8 hours , It can reduce,Kota Indore Journey should complete in 6 hours, Further though it is intercity train but food and pantry should available ,Nothing is available in coach,All the in between station also there is no good food /tea available
