TC was a bribe taker. he provided seats to multiple people but when I requested him for 1 confirm seat for my mother as she is a senior citizen, he refused. Despite having 4 RAC he was giving seats to his reference people and non ticket holders

Very sorry to say that though paying for almost the higher ticket then others, it's noted that boggie of H 1 first class is neglected and it's always the last compartment of the train.. Where there are no food or tea stalls at the end of the platform. And we the senior citizens can't get down and reaches the stalls. Also there is no pentry car in the train. I'm waiting from the morning 7 to 10.30 now couldn't get a cup of tea.. Very very poor arrangements of the pentry car and the food supply in this 15 hours journey
Very disappointed.... If you are all concerned Or this is Okay?? According to the railway department??

this train does not have the food facilities of IRCTC catering. we are ordering from outside quality very poorly. We should start the brack fast, dinner and tea coffee

cleanliness is very big issue,not a single time someone came to clean the train washrooms are dirty ac cooling is very low ,outer compartments are not maintained.

My train canceled surat to bhubaneswar on dated 05/06 and just before two days informed me ,we are senior citizens, my conformance was there very bad experience

Toilets were not well maintained. That western toilet which I used for 4 times there was water on floor all the time I think that drainage was blocked. And soap dispenser was also not working.

The sitting arrangements and bedding kit was clean but something is needed to do seriously for toilets, sufficient water was not there and morning time they were choked and dirty.

Emergency exit shutter was not properly functioning. In English toilet tap position is awkward.No flush water. Unauthorized passengers in reserve coach causing hardship

quality of train is very poor like windows can't closed properly and due to this cold air coming inside the train we can't sleep properly ,spacialy in winter and washrooms of train is very ugly and non higinic please improve atleast basic amenities

ticket checkers are Just Hungry for money, Railway & TC just don't care of passengers safety & care, too much crowd of general passengers & Daily travellers.
after complaining to TC nothing happened...
