I hate confirmtickrt app when I am try to book ticket, your app show 96% chance to confirm ticket but ticket not confirm. that's why I don't like this app.

toilets were unclean. flush was not working.
seat not cleaned from bandra ..
only ac compartment cleaning is done...sleeper class is untidy and shabby..

toilet cleanliness was the problem complaint was lodged about B3 TOILET bad smell in the toilet because of level toilet surface were wet because of toilet vessel n toilet surface is not leveled

the compartment was without an attendant. the interior was shabby, probably an oldest compartment, may be because of rush, an extra boogie was added.

why in RAC bedding is not provided to both the passangers? when u charge full ticket charges u must provide full accessories.

worst RAC system... Railway is looting, passengers need to manage and share 2 bearth between 3 passengers by paying confirmed ticket charges, worst facility too much crowd of general passengers

All good except Bathrooms
Its worst
Nothing has been changed
Whole bathroom full of water, wate place, and no one cares to take dust binsvout of the compartment on any junction, it was lying whole night in the passage and buffer area between two biggies.

Please replace all old boggi with New. The condition of train is very poor it's 1985 now 2017 so much ts more than 20 years old

Train seems very old now. Seats should be maintained regularly. Sometimes rat are running here and there in the coach. Toilets water are damaged somewhere.
