everything was okay, just had a one problem while booking first transaction got cancelled and then I tried again and transaction got successful but money debited two times from my bank account, is there anything you can do? or do I have to contact irctc ?

please extend general class coach from 2 to 5 and also sleeper class coach from S6 to s13 and reduce 3 tier A C coach reason all Indian are not so reach and more ac coach more global warming and not suitable to people having problem of arthritis lung function weak kidney and heart problems

S-5 koi general coach may Jaa rahe hay Aisa lagta hay raat ke 1 baje logo ko kitni paresani hoti hai pata nahi itna waiting list tikit is U Kay Karti hay railway 🙏🏻

Side upper Berth is not even suitable for average height person then we can imagine for tall person.
side upper Berth is very uncomfortable even fir sitting & Head touches to upper roof.

Everything was good, except quality of toilets. in one toilet water was dripping from ceiling , in another there was no water coming while flushing.

seater compartment washroom are not clean and even food should be hygiene seller must wear haircaps,gloves etc
not only mask & sanitizer is the safety all this also spread disease.
not only railway team has responsibilities we are more responsible.

Old Ac coaches.shakes a lot.poor cooling.
Poor cleanliness.no pantry.unauthorised persons board reserve coaches and DIsturb passenger in AC1.ues beddind of reserved passengers.no controll

Your train punctuality is very very low and very bed timing
People can purchase money by ticket but not conform all time sew waiting. So bed????????????????

coach were not clean,also croach and mosquito were present.After request they didn't spray to kill mosquito & cockroach.3AC sleeper was liked general coach.anyone was coming and going.

Really a superfast express!! Reached ahmedabad before time. Cleanliness was okay, but I would recommend to get food from somewhere else rather than buying on train.

mery apse request hai ki station pe bahar se log train main water bottle & drinking saman & namkin etc. leke bechane ko aa jate hai. aur extra charge lagate hai. so please yes sab close karwa dejiye.
