worst train i booked three tickets four months ago but we got one rac for three persons but to manage pls western railway and Indian railway pls do something about this and give only one rac for one person not sharing system should be there in Indian

1.all the water bottle holders are broken.
2extra pelow was requested but not given.
3.all the papers of bedsheets were fallen down but no one came to clean .it's 8 am now.

very bad quality of food & tea,plz. improve to be implrove,to be increse coach of 2ndsl & general coach in both Express train can add 1st ac. after you found that much more profit railway income. its a humble request of all indian person

inside the train 100 to 150 passanger in standing in sliping coach due to all passanger teckiet book in railway teckit window all passanger coach position RAC or waiting this is bad situation inside train and railway authority kindly focus of this problem

The train was late. But no hassle in boarding. AC was not too cold, very comfortable. Did not try food as could not find anyone passing asking for food. Overall good train.

In coach S3 (I believe it must be same in other coaches too), TC had allowed a group of 30 passengers approx on one confirm seat no 28. There was lot of chaos from Surat till Ahmedabad disturbing the peace and midnight sleep of all other passengers. Sole purpose of reservation was defeated and I believe I was in general compartment. Please review.

very bed experience always I have journey this train sleepar class is always make general coach...i have boarding chandalodiya station to Rajkot but when trian is stop gate is not open tte or any person....but general public is hack always sleepar coach..... very poor experience every month i have face this train RPF is never available this train also tte...i have make rail madad but not attend any person with any stop just send me satisfied message but not really satisfied work this train not any satisfied action with railway staff.... don't journey with sleepar this train it's very bed experience

Cleaning inside the train, isn't as good, moreover quality of food coming inside or in platform should be monitored & managed, bcoz of lack of pantry in this train!

app showing platform no 5,train come on no 3,one cn imagine the Hardship,n sufferings shifting the platform at d 11th hour say seconds being senior citizens We both at this age,

toilets are not clean
No food available near S1 biggie even tea and water. It's is not reserved as all unreserved passengers are come and seats in the biggie

Aaj pata cala tickit confirm na ho tab tak train main nahi jana chahiye tc . aata hai wo bhi bhagata he police aati hai wo bhi bagati hai jaise ki ham bina ticket liye train me baithe Gaye agar seet available nahi hai to ticket mat dijiye meri railway se nivedan hai thank you

Need to improve cleanliness of the washroom and in S-2 couch western toilet was totally leaking and was a mess in washroom also need for do regular inspection of tap and other accessory in washroom, whether are in working condition or not.
