I traveled AC first class H1 coach.
Pitiable condition, Dust all over, specially in corners, Cobwebs here and there, Cabin F AC uncontrolled, extremely cold. The attended said knobs of AC vent is missing and hence he cannot help. Toilet extremely dirty. Water leakage from taps. Doors of cabins noisy. Overall very disappointing journey. I know it is just a formality and no action will be taken for enhancing customers comfort

In the first AC coach there are some mechanical problem.Whenever train slows down and stops it stops with several strong jerks.This may lead to major accident.Seep was disturbed.Boggie was refurbished only with new painting, no improvement in other areas.Please do something on urgent basis.

There is a lot of rush in the reservations coach, and people arrive and rest there without reservations.

Tc not available in train, I have book all seat but due ro without reservation person also available in train i am unable to used my seat confertable. TC also not coming in all journey

Poor hygiene in washroom. No water. Water leakage from washroom ceiling. Too many unreserved passengers between Pune and Vasai Road and TTE not taking any action. Avoid this train.

The train was not time and the used blanket was kept on the seat, after telling that person was not ready to change that after a few arguments he got ready to give a new one,very disappointed by the service that to in AC coach.

Bedding was wet, I asked to attend to give complain form. He denied to give and said complain form not available. Said to complain online or on phone.

Those who are breaking and burning Indian rail trains should be hanged. So long as good government governs country I request Rly authorities to get more powers to curb bad elements . One more thing I would like say control on TTE for services without corruption. I have travelled over one lack KM and I have many photos with my Indian Rail ,I will collect and send next time.

I was in S-7. coach. very old coach, seats broken, water on the floor in entire coach, un clean toilet ,spreading bed smell in the coach. kindly change the old coaches

Cleaning rep reported in coach in ac compartment but not done as per their listed work. No mosquito repellent spray or not any fragrance spray used which already I mentioned in their feedback proforma.
