hamsafar train one of the most bad train. all coaches are so dirty and rats were roaming inside the coach and cut the passenger. all ac coaches are old and dirty. pls change if possible.

Curtains are a must in AC coaches. the light as well as people cause a lot of trouble. The curtains at least provide some sort of relief.

seats are very uncomfortable and not in a good conditions fully trade of and stuffing is coming out and cleaning of bathroom is very worst and stinking too much

train should have only ac 3 tier and not economy coaches.
it makes the train very crowded. the food served was absolutely cold

problem is RAC doesn't get confirm even after passengers get down @ surendranagar, ahmedabad and Borada. No new tickets should be issued unless RAC passengers get berth to sleep for atleast some time

The train got derailed. Extremely unhappy how it played out as the train was at night we were with women left stranded on the station.

Very bad experience. Train was late by 2.5 hrs at Ahmedabad station. My seat was already occupied by someone. And the people.kept talking at 3 am also.
