Very disappointed and bad experience. It is so wrong after paying full amount you get RAC for 3 days long journey with opposite sex very uncomfortable never gonna travel by train.

Its too much dirty in sleeper class....people are sitting in sleeper class without asking... yesterday I can't able to sleep at night peoples are continuous disturb.....specially from DDU to GAYA....

the service is at par with local train.... there is no sweeper, no handwash, water in bathroom.... bathroom is worst than public toilet....

Inside the train there is absolutely 0 Clealiness and also in 1 confirm ticket 4-5 people were travelling. hence, this was an absolute pathetic experience.

punctuality is of worst quality train was before time in Bhopal but coming to Howrah it's delayed by 2hrs.
moreover in Allahabad cheoki outer train was there for 45 mins before entering the cheoki platform still water problem in the platform there is no such machine of water purifier please take care that what you are saying in media should reach the people otherwise it's of no use

punctuality is really worst..
my seat is in A1 there is charging plugs not in work.. in 2AC there is only one charging point in one compartment.. toilet condition was worst.. and my train was 9:30 hrs late..
this is too much..
how much times i make journey with shipra my experience was always worst..

very bad experience ....lots of problems we faced....no pantry car .....low maintenance of toilet....vry poor quality of bed roll ... behavior of attenders and food supply agent.....train delayed

ITS A TYPICAL INDIAN TRAIN. IN THE TIME WE INDIAN THINKING ABOUT BULLET TRAIN THUS OUR INDIAN TRAINS DOESN'T HAVE A BOGGIE WITH A CHARGER SOCKET.

Everything Bellow Average, train late running more than six hours, S12 couch is too old , charging point not working, not a single one work properly, on train cleaning not done, there is no pantry car.

There was no water in toilets and inspite of complaint no action was taken.There was no any arrangement of pantry car.Train was about 3.5 hours late.It was my worst ever experience of train journey.
