very poor experience with train 22908 punctuality was very poor on a small small station train took hault of more 1 hr food quality as usual worst it was ...better if Indian rail has been privatised then only things will improve worst experience don't feel like travelling again in train

this train had lot of seats vacant from panvel to madgoan but on the irctc site they were showing WL. kindly show seats available from every station on this route especially passengers traveling from western to come to vasai or panvel is the same as going to csmt or dadar. I had to book tickets from hapa and take biardingvftom Vasari

cooling was not good A /C was not working property I request to please change the old pillow and blacked bad smell is coming railway should issue the railway yatra Card who are using Third A/C Second A/C and First A/C why we are not getting railway yatra Card just open the scheme for a 1 , 2 , 3 A/C customer it cross 1 billion dollar central railway can do it without any religion ideal any bady can get it

train getting high noise and there is no food servicing in train. very bad punctuality. All other connecting next travelling are missing due to delay of train.

The air flow and noise was such not able to sleep
Requested t c to reduce temperature as it was very low
