toilet was not cleaning properly it was very smell. train canteen food was not up to the mark. train windows was very dirty

No charging points for side berths Temperature is not maintained properly No fans for side berths Pantry service not available in train Staff is good Ticket collector is polite But railways have to improve their services No AC waiting room for 2A passengers AC waiting room available at Mangalore central is paid services wherein it should free
