on the day right time train 4:15am I went to examination I have scheduled time 10am it's so late to reach my distnation I dicipointed.

really a great experience travelling in this train , and the staff is on duty at any time in cleaning the surroundings and washrooms, a well preferred train for family..

not a good service by IRCTC as they are charging very high prices for the train. but the services are not there.

Pls inform rly authorities that lot of berths were vacant at the time of journey. When I booked on one day before it was showing RAC. How is it possible that on the day of journey almost 400 berths were vacant. If these berths were filled with affordable and may be 10 to 15% more rate of other trains 3rd ac tickets, Rlys would hav got lot of revenue. Pantry people charged Rs.120 from a person who took meals thanks
