my journey made date of 29th april from Delhi to jjkr and my coach Number was B3,berth number is 54,but some people capture my seat and tell me to axchange seat number B11,25, After all i confirmed from TTE and coach Excutive, convinced to my seat number B11,25,but I did not get my food still 10pm and lunch 12pm..pls focus to on this,

coach is not clean at regular intervals, asking for tips by food vendors and cleansing staff should stop, they force the passengers to give tips

My got stomach got upset bcz food was quality was worst . And I found one baby cockroach at the corner of my seats and Ac too was not working good.

very poor experience continuously in BBS Rajdhani. Fare hike but quality and quantity of food is poor. housekeeping of coaches and toilets is also poor. we don't feel that we are traveling in any premium train. I am really very disappointed. please improve

Food quality was not good. Only 01 (one)litre drinking water is not sufficient for more than 16 hours. Pantry car boys supplying food and menial staff cleaning bathroom/surface are going on demanding bribe as per their demand. This bribe totally fixed by them , passengers have no right to alter their demand rather bound to pay as per their demand.

toilets are in pathetic condition side lower and side upper berth dose not have mobile charging point food which is provided is not at all good needs lot of improvement

I wish the cleaning staff was more frequent and maintained the cleanliness. The hospitality was bad too as I had to ask for water bottle for several times and then I got it. The staff wasn't accommodative too.

1. Breakfast should be heavy 2. Gulab jamun should be provided in place of ice cream 3. water bottle should be provided in sufficient number 4. Food attendants should be instructed for not asking the tips from passenger 5. One attendant is not able to meeting the requirement of coach cleaning and serving of food.

I booked ticket in Rajdhani at 3 time higher cost to savr my time in journey and to minimize the chances of delay in reaching the destination but the train got delayed by 3.5 hrs from source station itself. Pathetic experience.

Train quality is very bad. Food is worse then ever. And the tran driver seems new. It stucks like some one learning bike driving newly. Sudden break and sudden speed. Someone should feel in side then train and he must be angry.

Quality of food is too low. Non branded items are served during the journey. Some choice of passengers may be added in menu. Thanku

the train was great and reached destination 19 minutes before time. the food was just around the level of consumable. staff was good.
