train quality also not as per standard...punctuality always coming late even as a express, food quality not good as the quality of food in hotels are very nice ...prepare like that where is the problem to prepare good food in train...all resources are available still food quality and quantity is not sufficient

it was my worst experience ,the train was 2 and half hour late, worst thing is we were supposed to reach the jammu station at 6pm but it reached at 11 30 ,they kept us waiting on the track just 20 kms away from station my worst experience ever

Humsafar train is very good but I am traveling from Secunderabad to Jammu at 9 am tomorrow morning. I am asking for a pillow since yesterday morning.My journey is completely home till now, not even a pillow has been given, not even a blanket has been given, my seat is B10, 2 and 5.

it was 5 hours late we waited at the station and came back to home. I wish I could file FIR against your regularity but I will definitely put it on social media platforms like YouTube and Facebook so that other people must get aware and someone could take strict action against you people.

Worst train I never seen in my life, heavy Cokroches,Ac problem, late Arrival very slow you better change from FAST train to MAIL or PASSENGER, BETTER DON'T CONFUSE THE PUBLIC TO SELECT THE TRAIN.

Train diversion lead to a delay of 14 hours and as a consequence no means to use e catering services as the delay is not updated there.

No water in bathroom from 5 o clock to 1300 hrs. even complaint in rail mitr no response given over complaint

Attended not responsive. Coach was having no water no body was listening. Bedsheets was soiled. Napkin's asked but not provided.
