I love to travel in Rajdhani for its punctuality and catering services. I am travelling after six year in Bengaluru Rajdhani. Lot of changes have been there in services, soup is not being served before the meals, morning newspapers are discontinued. pockets for each berth is removed from the coaches. now it's better to opt for other express trains. Still Rajdhani maintains it's punctuality due to the preference given to the train and limited stoppages.

we requested for Non-Veg, when asked by Food Attendent. we do not find anything being NonVeg, Korma having some grains of Rice. Like rice kheer. we expect to little Honest food attendent, say Only Veg option, available. No problem with it.

Pantry team remain utterly confused in terms of food distribution, inspite of taking a confirmation before hand. Extra follow up requirement weighs down their professionalism. Post good distribution, one of the team members was asking for tip from all the passengers, which is really pathetic

I had paid 4500 for this ticket but I am really disappointed.... For cleanliness I won't like to give even one star washrooms were so dirty and stinking like anything no words to say.....really so dirty one more thing I like to say is that were I was seating there were many cockroaches really so dirty seats For punctuality it's good because the train was always on time For food and pantry I am not much satisfied The cleaners were coming but not even a single time they cleaned the washrooms ....... No words to say about cleanliness really very disappointed

First it’s very late. Second people eating and throwing things around and no one cleaning immediately. Third no food supply. No breakfast, tea available in the morning and dinner at 11:50 PM is shocking for Rajdhani status.

Travelled between New Delhi and Nagpur. Very punctual, cleanliness has improved by leaps and bounds. I miss some of the food items but food is adequate and more precisely quality has improved and moreover you don't feel like you have over eaten... Great journey.. Would love to travel again..

Railway trying to improve but contractors n vendors trying to save money than how it could be possible to serve a good food ? Extra dry curry means it's potato fry that to small pieces of 10-15. To improve detail a food inspectors from vigilance dept.
