train is ok, condition of biggie A1 terrible , no toilet roll holder. Hand wash in only water, wash basin not clean. Condition of compartment,showed that is pulled from junk and put in the train, window glass not cleaned . mobile charging only one, that is not working properly.

from parwal stn to new Delhi stn it was halt more than 3 hours. No reason announced by rail dept. people goes tied due to long route journey. don't halt that much time. kindly clear the routes on priority for long route trains.

Good service.... pine ka water bahut hot milta h.... bahari log aakr 130 ki thali dete h .. jo ki 80 rs ki hoti hai or apne aap ko pantery car ke member btate hai

only I found there is no control and check for non reserved passenger and toilet are not clean. taps are also leaking and some time no water

This train has more chances of getting ticket confirmed even though booking status in huge numbers of waiting list.

The issue is with food. Food was tasteless, the tea almost watery. It was especially unpalatable for us Maharashrian people.

केटरिंग स्टाप दिन में खाने का ऑर्डर जिस स्टाप को दिया था वो दिन में आया नही रात में स्टाप दो खाना लेकर आएं एक खाने का पैसा 120 rs वापस नहीं किया मैं स्टाप के दूसरे लड़के से बोला मगर वो पैसा लेकर वापस नहीं आया तब तक मैं भोपाल सेटेशन पर उतर गया

travelling in train after a long gap of four years, no doubt cleanliness is there but only out side, insects, big rats are in large quantity inside coaches, plz look into for this side of cleanliness also

they are selling un branded water higher cost example water MRP 15/- but they selling in 20/- rupees and food is not tasty

attandent of coch and group of cleaning staff should be displined at night time to make loud talking which disturb the passenger have their berth near door

very bad Condition. Coaches are like Public toilets. No cleaning is done anywhere. Don't even think of entering the washrooms. Very very worst journey i ever did. Poor quality of food . Staff act like travellers are beggers or robbers.
