Condition of the train is very bad. very poor maintenance. cockroachs were happily roaming around.
The train is always late. Food quality is not upto the mark. Not hygienic. So surprised to hear that the pantry is not supposed to have onion samosas, only aloo samosa has to be sold. very pathetic. Not all are fond of aloo samosa. Uday Express is not like before.

Poor seat space. Very uncomfortable to sit. Only small bags can be kept in the overhead carrier. People carrying even small trolleys face huge problems in placing them. Need to re-work on the double decker coaches.

Convenient timing for Coimbatore Bangalore trip. No pantry but food vendors coming. Railway should take care of food quality across the country which is sub par. Even online food ordering is of average quality. Didn't tried Zomato. Seats need refurbishment or replacement both AC and Non AC.
In spite of these shortcomings Uday is my favourite due its timings and speed.

புறப்படும் நேரம் சரியாகவுள்ளது ஆனால் திருப்பத்தூர் முன் 5கிலோ மீட்டர் மிக மிக வேகம் குறைவு சேலம் to ஈரோடும் 2 வந்தேபாரத் Train போகும்வரை Stop இதெல்லாம் தவிர்த்தால் 45நிமிடங்கள் முன்னதாக வரலாம்.

On C7 couch seat 64 & 65 there was no AC flow at all despite complaining to TTE no action taken, throughout the journey it was hot & suffocating. Seating here is not appropriate, on the upper & lower deck there was no issues with AC flow it was pleasant. if possible remove the seats here or provide good condition of AC as they are near the door. Worst experience ever, 2S was far better than AC CC. Kindly consider this and do the needful.

Dear sir,
we had been allotted 71,72, & 73. Upper deck.
The worst part was, it has no push back and we had to travel for 7 hours. can you imagine? sitting on chair with no push back?
The problem was that, the supporting bar for the stairs to the upper deck was blocking the seat, from push back.
please get that rectified.
Otherwise, everything is good.

its a good inititative on time train just a small request to keep pantry food prices transparent to passengers, it was a mess some selling at higher rates and train is clean and good

it will be better if they frequently clean the toilets and also make sure there is enough air-conditioning, the train was smelling urine couldn't sit comfortably

The train has sufficient Leg space but lacks Cleanliness especially Toilets. it is high time the Seats are adjustable one's to make comfortable by facing in front instead of showing your back to the Engine.

Very worst. also lot of confused I got seat number 106 but in this coach only available 104 almost I was stand an hour this is rally uncomfortable.

Toilets are smelly nasty not maintained
sears lock pad not in good condition all bad outside glass not clean not enjoyable seeing sites through the mirror very very horrible travel with nasty enviornment pantry is hopeless
