waiting was expected to confirm.We had 72 percent chance. But yet not .This is a bad experience and we had to struggle with family .Not appreciated this way .Not expected this way .There should be a system to warn things like this.We couldn't have tickets and struggled with family.
These scenarios need rectification.
other wise we never faced problems like this with confirm ticket.
Hope we get a solution .

Coaches are very ugly. No proper maintenance of rest rooms. On train food quality also to be improved further. Chage the old coaches into new coaches.

Totally disgusting train.TT disturbs all night by bringing new passengers to the vacant berths,the coach attendant can't speak any language other than tamil and has very rude behaviour

Enjoyed the 3AC experience. Without the curtains is less of a clutter. The toilets are also done up very well. Thank you railways 🙏

Because they given upper birth Ladis how to go up I am not happy with this you all should consider if any ladis book the ticks give first preference lower Birth

Didn't give any seat for ladies.For reservation,Provide only one seat for both gents and ladies from source to destination.

Train arrived 50 minutes late due to heavy winds at pamban bridge. But there was no effect to speed up so that the delay time could be reduced. The train arrived 1.30 hours late to Tambaram , It arrived Tambaram by 8.05
Feedback on pantry be made optional as many do not use that service

please improve your interial.like LED bulb and fan directions if I am in Centre birth or upper birth is very sweating to me& one more thing if I am window seater means my birth should be upper then if I am low seater means 3rd because senior citizens Neet lower kids& young like Windows boot option go to lower birth so pls

No punctuality timings, so late,no cleanliness. Please improve timings in all stations but atleast maintaining the arrival timings.

1) New garbage bins at the end of compartments are a welcome change!
*) No more smelly toilets and now toilets have storage avoid waste dumped into rails and stations!

When we boarding at Karaikudi there is no night light inside the compartment. No light in seat number indicater also.
