instead of I persons ....there where more than 10 to 12 persons in this place ..birth also can't even sleep....had a worst experience in this train and it's the first time am traveling in this train.

s2 coach restrooms not cleaned...when train reached coimbatore cleaning department cleaned all coachs except s2 coach..due to time up..train came 15 minutes late and reached on time...

MY MOM AGE IS 50. WHILE WE STAND NEAR REST ROOM TTR IS SPEAKING TOO RUDELY. WE ARE MORE DISAPPOINTED. OUR TICKET IS IN RLWL CONDITION.
AS PER LAW WE CAN TRAVEL IN STANDING. I REQUEST SEAT ONLY FOR MY MOM. BUT HE CAN'T ACCEPT WORST SERVICE. THIS WAY DID YOU TREAT PASSANGERS INDIAN RAILWAYS??

सुरक्षा का अभाव , किन्नर के द्वारा जबरदस्ती करना वा चंद पैसे लेकर रिजर्वेशन कोच को जनरल बोगी में बदलना। आज भी जमीनी स्तर पर कोई काम नहीं दिखता।

as per schedule 11 PM on 18/05/23 in Chennai Central but we are going to reach by 3 am on 19/05/23. this is the worst service I had it by the Indian railway

Old Bogies, not maintained, Running Lare and Pantry serves nothing except tea and coffee, which is also loaded from stations

Food Quality is not so Good. Charging higher than the actual rate chart. On demanding they are not showing Menu card or Rate chart. Please take action against them.

worst food I ve ever had before any where, please try to improve the standard. In India we have a proud that our railways are very old great please don't spoil it.

food qualitu is not good.....even i cant able to take my food....need a better service....and there is no maitaince in train......pls maintain neatly...and unclean places were make me irritate.....please provide it properly
