it's always better to b punctual to avoide hardship to passengers. train was running abt 60mts late from the beginning to the end.

plz don't give this kind of worst food in trains we passengers are depending on irctc for long journey in trains no good food no quality food no cleanliness of bathroom even in 3AC how will the passengers go in SL couch it's terrible and horrible to travel a long journey in trains iam a train travel lover and I will tell all my friend relatives to travel in train but from now on i will not recommend others irctc is getting high fair for tickets but your service is cheaper quality sorry to say this plz

I booked three tickets on 27-12-2023 to calicut to coimbatore. after a week on 3-1-2024 I got message before getting on the train that my tickets are wait listed & automatically cancelled, will be refunded with in 10 working days. so i never was on that train

Good experience overall. Even though the train was late at the boarding station, it made it up in running and reached destination safely

very bad quality food in the train catering services. Rate is very high. Don't buy food inside in the train , better to buy food from outside hotel.

no pantry in this train of 16 hours journey. too bad. in the stations, most of the hawkers run to unreserved coaches in the extreme sides. what about the passengers in between. Besides, most of the rice varities sold are non veg. We had hungry times in this journey.

platform number wrongly shown as 6 in the running status. PA announcement is also not made. Only from information counter the pf no was able to be found.

For an hour's travel, I chose this train. But the train got delayed over three and half hours. There was no mention about the likely delay and the TTE also didn't know the reason for delay. It is good that the Government is slowly bringing in Private Players to bring in responsibility and also accountability.A very bad experience.

Tea and beverages quality is very worst compared to intercity trains.we found best food while travelling in intercity trains.

Sleeper class travelling worse than general compartment we passengers expect responsibility and response to their work by TTE as well as RPF Will the same happen in AC compartment RESPECT Reserved travelling passengers that much time is taken to reserve ticket HOPE officials with take up with priority action expected
