Worst ever service by IRCTC. Instead doing TDR I have canncelled one of my tickets from Mangaluru Jn to Ernakulam because of train is too late (more than 3 hours) by mistake. But I didn't get refund amount.

kindly close the online reservation system as you are not confirming tickets and also who had booked online but his/her tickets was not confirm they are also not giving any other option they directly throwing in general coach kindly change the the online registration system

There is no pantry available, so plan your Trip accordingly. And take your food in before time otherwise you can't get anything, because the train is always running late.

total 5hrs late and no cleanliness and without ticket passenger were traveling in reservation coaches and no one present to stop or take action against them.

No pantry car. Pathetic food from local vendors. No water in wash basin and one toilet. Dirty toilets. Coakroaches on bed. D 2 to 3 hour delay in Chiplun to Madgaon section. Avoid this train, if possible.

very very sad to I from you that this train was cancelled without notice and no intimation w as given to me. the irresponsibility of railways was shown. after a long journey , travelling in an unreserved compartment was so tiring. the station master also has not any responsibility to solve my problem. he advised to take a 2nd class ticket again and catch the next available train and to apply for refund. this must be investigated and sufficient compensation may be awarded

The compartment was very old and looking lousy. The bogie was leaking, the entire bogie was was wet .I feel that the speed of the train is unnecessarily reduced, felt that speed is either reduced to almost slow and delayed in station to manage time. Even after doing it the train reached 30 Minutes ahead of the scheduled time . The journey was not value for money paid

Train got delayed by 6 hours from the starting station coz of some engine fault. toilets were without water and no pantry in the train. better to travel by bus
