i don't like this train. Because,this train sleeper compartment management is very worst.So many people on board in sleeper compartment so many crew disturbed (sleeping) .but train quality is very good bathroom also vry clean but that only problem.otherwise nothing.

lots of Cockroach in S4. need to improve cleaning Ness. mobile charge sockets are not functioning. no water at toilet after kota in toilet. food quality view from another passenger and find not suitable to eat. so preferred snacks from outside

nice.. but you should have assigned us in a coach where there are females also . in our area , it was only me as a female and others are male . you should have assigned us in a coach where there are families... and the other fault u done is , error in ticket . showing third platform from ern , but it was first platform. we took our luggages to third platform, then only we came to know that trin will stop at first platform. so pls provide correct details.

attendant is not professional they are rude. they denied for everything. train is clean and everything is perfect

Worst cleanliness ever. Very bad state of things. Plus have to book full journery, as even for big station like surat, no confirm seat can be booked. Stop fooling people. F off!

There was no water in coach, on drawing attention it was made available from Madigan. No TC or attendant were available once reservation is checked and bedding provided enable us to complain of AC cooling and water. Stink smell blow to nearer compartments. Improvement is visible in other trains but not in case of this one. Thanks for opportunity to tell.

main problem is no pantry car in this train..so we are facing some issues and some charging port is not workingso kindly please include a pantry car in this train and please maintenance the electrical works..otherwise good.

tickets checking staff and RPF absent during the journey there was no pantry car available but local vender were take undo advantage. lack of water supply in latrine

my journey was vry bed in this train because train was 5 hrs delay. because of this train my next trip was miss & my money & time has waste.

please provide pantry car in train..an individual travelling alone cannot get down at every statiin for food,water...the modified coaches are looking good in shape

CLEANLINESS:-Biotoilet is not good.toomuch sting.
PUNCTUALITY:-Runing 2Hours Late.:- in this train their is no pantary nd out side vender serve the food nd v. poor quality.Blankates damage.no sequrity
