I don't know why the seats are so small and the smell from the toilet comes into the AC compartment which is unbearable.
I never want to travel in this again.

seriously very bad experience, & always I used to book tickets few days before but I some emergency I have to book my ticket few hours before but ticket was in waiting list I thought it could be confirmed after few hours once before the train too i checked it was in waiting list, I boarded the train & again checked it up after few station it was the same & TT came for checking I was standing near the door & I asked about the waiting list then he said that ticket had been cancelled, & it was not my fault that after boarding the train ticket got cancelled & he made me pay 375 something I don't remember the exact amount but nearly 400.....

Train is clean, Neat & Tidy. Seats are Congested with less leg room.
Luggage space is Upper & Lower Deck are very tiny and cannot accommodate a Cabin Trolley.

The toilets are not clean and there is no sufficient water in the tank for the full journey up to Bangalore, railways have to look in this + sliding doors are properly closing

The space for keep the passenger's luggage is too small on overhead. Passenger's find very difficult to keep their luggages and kept under their seats and walkway.

Toilets are not clean.it has to be cleaned at every stop or every one hour..n supervised...lots of mosquitoes...if the cleanliness is improved...then worth of paying that amount...then no right to collect the fare which the train doesn't offers....

seats 6,7, 55 and 56. they are exposed to too much dust due to upper deck foot traffic. very difficult to eat a meal in those seats. In addition the arm rests are stuck in C6, 6. felt really crammed and congested. kindly do the needful. Thank you.

The travel was comfortable. But I felt it quite a task for booking the tickets. Asking for password which is not furnished to the passenger and subsequently asking for filling up a jumble is cumbersome. Try to make the ticket booking a little easier so as to help even a lay man would find it easier. Thank you. Balasubramanian.

Some 250 tickets were there when booked still didn't get window as opted. Seats are very small. It's my bad I guess got stuck with an elderly couple and was standing most of the times since they were sitting in 1 nd 1/2 seats each

The coffee served so dirty with lot of foreign particles...irctc should reimburse the cost ... people were not complaining hoping that no action will be taken against irctc coffee vendors....see the fotos for urself...

The tràin is being stopped like Passenger Train frequently. While it is stopped at Ambur, the stopping at next 10 kms at Vaniyambadi, refleçts not as SF train. In Toilets, water not adequately provided. Pantry items quality very poor.

22625 MAS-SBC Expresa is a nice Double Decker train at par with Shatabdi albeit sans Pantry Car service. More such trains on Golden Qudrangle intercity routes will help mitigate traffic congestion of the high density smart city commuters.
