Our train was canceled one day before because of operational maintenance, its really unacceptable, they did't arrange any other alternate trains, we have 1 year infant and booked coupe for our privacy but now totally waste, our plan and program are totally cancelled because of this, worst experience

the pillow was overused and small. The toilet latches were for namesake.

AC III compartment is crompt, insufficient AC output, very difficult to climb and get down from upper berth for a senior citizen. Wonder how they allotted upper birth to a senior citizen while as many as 10 births were vacant.
