very bad experience with this train . 2:30 hours of journey scheduled and train reached in 6 hours . very bad experience. very worse I can say . passengers are very frustrated and cried for moment. very bad experience.

train not cleaned..toilet pipe Brocken, 4 hrs delayed. nothing food or water service.

Train got delayed. Had to request for blanket and pillow as it was missing

Train was delayed by 2.3 hrs, which is not acceptable, toilets and waste bins as expected, worst. Food was not served in train had to run for dinner. Please try to provide hygienic toilets. we need basic cleanliness, is it too much to ask for.
