I got the middle seat, but in the booking i booked window seat and it was confirmed window seat. That was a huge disappointment and uncomfortable. and I got to my destination over an hour later, reach time was mentioned by 8.30pm but I got to my destination by 9.45pm

WORST RAILWAY SERVICES IN INDIA ALWAYS LATE TO DESTINATION POINT ON THIS WE ARE MISSING OUR EARLIER FIXED OFFICIAL PROGRAMME AND NOT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE OUR MEETINGS IN TIME.. IN PARTICULAR TRAIN NO. 11041 ALWAYS KEPT IDLE FOR MORE THAN A ONE HOUR IN BASIN BRIDGE.. IT'S ONLY 2KM TO REACH CENTRAL STATION.. 😢
