सभी गाड़ीयों के पेंट्री कार में बनने वाले चाय,नास्ते में बनाने में उपयोग किया जाने वाला पानी जो बाथरूम लिया जाता है तो इस पर गंभीरता से जांच कराई जाए और उपयोग में शुद्ध पानी, तेल, मशालें का उपयोग हो इस पर शक्ति से कारवाई होनी चाहिए। नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य पर खिलवाड़ नहीं करना चाहिए

wrost experience why because full couch is occupied by general passengers they are denied for giving seats after lots of arguments I got my seat whole reservation persons situation is same they struggle to get their own seat in our whole journey TC DIDN'T CAME TO THE COUCH

cleanliness can be improved.....coach attendents were nowhere to be seen.....passage was occupied with non occupying passengers....and the train attendant didnt mind it....

there should be some option for passenger whose ticket cancelled but unknown to him. because I suffered with same problem. please take it serious and do something on this issue. proud to use indian🇮🇳👳 railway

some guy was sleeping on my seat and had been refusing to leave for an hour. no ticket collecter was there.
too much rush in train.

ટ઼ૅન સમયસર પહોચી નથી. ગાંડી નાં સંંડાસ માં ખુબ જ ગંદકી તેમજ પાણી નો અભાવ હતો કોચ ની આગળ ની જગ્યા એ ચાંલુ ટીકીટ વાળા લોકો ખુબજ હતાં.

toilet is very bad condition and water is not available in the toilet.
one more problem Electric supply was very bad in my coach s9. we are unable to charge our mobile.

Train Quality is very bad Water was overflowing from toilet to whole coach, every time I have seen this situation during journey

Journy period 6hrd late agra.So bad exp..even children begain saying why sit in this train.very bad journy in life.No cleaning bad foul all the time in A1 coach.No body spray even saying to staff. Aksingh

water from toilet was overflowing all over. I guess toilet storage tank capacity was in adequate. please do needful, it's health hazard.
