the pantry of this train was not well maintained. so I didn't tasted the food not sure how it will be. the train had the unpleasant smile in the coaches and that was not because of rain or passenger.

Train in very bad condition ,no hygiene,toilet seem to be not cleaned since long time .worst train to travel in .Even people with waiting and local ticket are travelling in sleeper and a/c compartment.

There is no attention to cleanliness, the management team is not working properly, there is no water in the bathroom, there is no relief, even after complaining several times there is no hearing, the number of people traveling without ticket in second AC increases, due to this there is a lot of trouble in boarding the passengers

People do not even let me enter the sleeping compartment. My train had arrived and even then people did not open the door. Despite having a Trian ticket, I had to travel on a wet seat. very bad experience in my life

the train was dirty. wash room were not cleaned. train also not cleaned.the train started at 2.00 am from source station and reached Bhusawal at 11.00 am almost 3.30 hour late

and Kasi express came there are some board are Kushi nagar express some board are kashi express so I am really confused 🤔

train to achi hai lekin rush bahut jaada hota hai.
on time bhi nahi chalti ...late hoti rahti hai.
railway ka food prefer nahi karta hu to idea nahi hai food ka ki train mai kaisa hai khana

train quality is not good
always so late ..punctuality is so bad..don't travel from this train.
food quality is also so bad..I advise don't buy any eating item from canteen..so bakwas food quality..1star bhi dene layak nhi hai

sabse gatiya train hai na to bathroom me Pani hai nato bathroom me Jane ko hame bahut pareshani huhi bathroom me or bathroom Sara space pack Kiya tha 139 pe muze 3 bar shikayat karni padi reservation confirmation hone ke baad bhi hame apni Barth pe log baith rahe Thai isse ghatiya safar ham ne life me nahi Kiya tha ab kabhi is train se kabhi safar nahi karege isko star Dene ko bhi saram lag rahi hai

very bad experience no one turned up for cleaning for whole journey after repeatative request.this is was the experience of 1 class coach ...than what will be the scenario of 2 and 3 tier ac...very very bad experience even washrooms were dirty,dust bin was not cleaned up in 36hrs journey

train se accha to Volvo hai Jo faltu log to train nahi ate hai baras karne jayo morning me to faltu log jiske pass tiket hai ye nahi family to le kar Jana pasand nahi hai
