Very bad condition of latrine, wash basin,Wash room have water supply is closed no water supply in wash basin latrine.I was complained three times by mobile call on 139.but not any action done by cleaner or water supplier.

so much cocroach in a coach no S1 so much dust and mess in a compartment no water in a toilet no mug in a toilet of coach no S1 tap of toilet is broken please be repair it and solve our problems so we can travel easily next time thank you 😀

थर्ड Ac चालू डिब्बे सेभी बदत्तर हो गया है
क्योकि इसमे कोई भी जनरल डब्बा का व्यकित आता है और पैसा देकर बैठ जा रहा है
कोई भी कर्मचारी देखने वाला नही है कृपया रेल मंत्री जी से निवेदन है कि वह इस मामले पर विचार करे अन्यथा आगे से लोग टिकट पर सफर नही करके प्लानटी पर ज्यादा ध्यान देना शुरू कर देग ।
हमे आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण विश्वास है कि.
इस पर ध्यान दिया जायेगा
तथा पानी की जो बोतल रेल नीर 15 रू में है उसको २० रू में खुले आम दिया जा रहा है

train ticket service is very bad
tatkal ticket book karne par waiting milta hai
or khud hi cancel ho jata hai
or cancel charges bhi lagta hai jo galat hai
kripya ticket cancel hone ke baad pura paisa wapas hona chahiye

Worse train to travel the train is jam packed can't use the toilet people are allowed to sit in every compartment there is no sleepers no 3 trier ac all the compartment are jam packed never experienced this kind of service

Crowded, dirty. Waiting tickets should be valid in trains. Based on this experience I came to a conclusion and it's that during covid, trains were so running so perfectly and with enough space to travel without any trouble ( reason: only folks with confirmed tickets were allowed to travel)
