Subject: Complaint: Wrongful Absence Marking and Unfair Ticket Charge
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on my recent train journey. On 28,02,2025 I boarded the train from Furkating Junction at 12:35 AM and occupied my seat. However, while I was asleep, TTE Prataap Ghosh wrongly marked me absent at Diphu without checking my ticket.
In the morning, another TTE forced me to buy a new ticket despite already having one, causing me financial loss and distress.

Train's outlook is not bad. But interior, specially toilet is very very ugly. The four days entire journey, no one Modi Ji's swatch Bharat not seen. No Safai karamchari came and clean the toilets. AC II tier coaches also same condition. The croud is uncountable... Very very poor railway administration and railway minister... Sham Sham for my favourite Modi ji.😔😔😔

I'm extremely disappointed with the train No- V22504 Vivek Express train service. Despite being an "Express" train, it moved slowly and the toilets were unclean with no water supply. The overall experience was unpleasant and fell short of expectations. I hope the authorities take immediate action to improve the service.

The train got delayed 9 hours, the train also doesn't have pantry car in it. Basic expectation from the railway deprtment one of the longest journeys need to have pantry, this is not acceptable. The Cleanliness of the washroom's is not that good.

train not clean properly, too much delay journey, staff behavior not good, I need pillow and blanket, I didn't get, one staff said me adjust sir, pillow and blanket not available, I have 2ac coach ticket , but this not good management

2 AC was good and has no major issues with cleaning and timings. Food is ok but there are no changes in food items, it's all the same vegetarian dish and non veg dishes. Water and cleanliness was maintained in 2AC. Condition may not be same in 3AC and SL.

Actually regarding punctuality it doesn't deserve any ratings. 3 hours delayed can be acceptable. but after that no information about the timing, getting late for 5-6 hours at Departure from the starting point itself is not at all acceptable
Indian railway should kindly look after this matter

very bad quality because we booked ac coach and there is no clean full waste things and bathroom also not clean nobody put the water and wash base also full of waste i don't give any rating first of all this train must be improve toilet facility

Jo bhi yeh review dekh raha hai koi travel mat karna itna Ganda service maine aaj tak kisi bhi train me nahi itna gande tarah se service karte hain na irctc wale puche mat bohot zyada hi kharab language se bolte or washroom ka to kiya hi batau 24 hour me ek bar bhi pani nahi aaya chhe meri tarah aap log na fas jaye isliye itna achhe tarah se keh raha hoon
meri galti aap log na doharaye dhanyabad jai sri ram 🙏🙏

I reserved two tier AC but coach became suffocating for me and my family as the ac cooling is so bad that it caused anxiety. so many times complained to the mechanic but did not pay heed. my journey became a nightmare.

Opted for sleeper class (non ac). The coaches were clean but as the train starts moving, the smell of the toilet becomes an issue.
Railway police visits the coaches in almost every 45 minutes, that's a good thing. So 5 star for security.
The lights and fans were working properly. Train left the station on time but we arrived at the destination 40 minutes late.
To whoever is reading this, please don't consider ordering food from the trains kitchen. You regret doing that. We ordered "Double Chicken Biriyani" @rs120/- per plate. It was plain rice and chicken curry with no salts at all. Utterly disappointed. Please improve your food.

The train was so late. Talking about punctuality & quality the service was an utter failure. Train was so poorly maintained & the bathroom & sanitation facilities was a disaster. Such a horrible experience I had in Vivek Express.
