Sir my coach no. is S5 seat no 30 my seat fan is not working I called the electrical department to turn it on there they told me that the motor has broken down I requested them to change it as it is very hot He agreed and said that there is no fan, is the railway pass not an honor to give convenience to the passenger, this is very wrong, how should we travel in this heat, please answer my question. You provide this good fortune to the morning traveler.

No pantry car in train. the train was late for more than six hours till Manmad Jn. I missed another train 17630 which left at 2245 hrs as per ETD and finally I had to suffer financially and mentally physically both. Late coming and reaching late has become like a routine for all Indian railways trains except few premium trains where VIp travel. so xero punctuality and xero train quality. most horrible experience for all passengers due to delay with no reasons. Indian Railways should stop such trains ,when they can not operate them effectively ,in the name of trains numbering and earning more revenue without reaching on time and.passengers suffer and curse system. there is no one taking responsibilty and no remedy by fixing scapegoat.

waashrrooms. not clean in 3 tier. AC .no water in washrooms pantry should be. in long route trains.staff behaviour is. satisfactory

Train was on time by it past time but the toilet were up to the mark but the public needs to be more educated than the cleanliness, food pantry were providing food packed was not fresh

Train no is not announced as in the ticket...and Flatform was confused... Finally I walked across the track.. Nobody opens door until a staff opened the door
