The food is not good, rather than the railway staff, outsiders serve the food, but poor quality used water bottles.

we were thrown out of the train because the TT said we don't have the tickets conformed. we tried calling your customer service but you didn't picked up . Kindly refund my money back.

washbasin n washrooms not clean. no water in washrooms. windows not working properly.

There was no pantry. No cleanliness at all. Toilets were so dirty that I can't tell you. Very old coaches. No seat pockets. No table between seats and many more. Horrible train experience ! In place of running bullet trains, one should take care of existing trains first.

No pantry.. toilets in ac coaches were soo dirty i was about to puke. 5 hours late.. outside toliet it was written bio toliets but they were not

Railway system for waiting list passenger should be fair and waiting list passenger should be informed before 48 hours so that they can make alternative arrangements if no possible then railway should arrange confirm tickets for such passenger matter should be brought to the notice of hon'ble railway minister please
