overall, this needs to be more tidy and neat n clean and we should have pleasant waiters to serve the passengers not the people who show lot of fatigue signs and are slow in service.

need to improve punctuality.someone has to take another train from other station at Delhi. If Vandebharat is late like 24 April then it's total wastage of money and faith on Vande bharat train

There is a problem of insufficient luggage space. Some passengers place their multiple bags whereas others do not find space to place even a single bag. This should be regulated by train manager to avoid strife among passengers.

We boarded the train from Chandigarh, booked the food with prefrences along with ticket.
inspite of selecting the preference as Non-Veg we got samosa and tea along with Guava juice which is seriously unacceptable. Inspite of paying for non-veg you get veg and that too only samosa.

only two toilets working out of four
vendor started selling items such as chocolate, ice cream etc in train totally wrong
very bad experience as children demanding these items and why should these activities allowed in this premium train when we paid for food all items in train should be included
The staff told that this is Katra bound train as some window rubber repaired or not fixed properly .It's meaning they sent old vande bharat train to Chandigarian.

the automatic doors between compartments are too sensitive to movement... slight movement of limbs from the travellers in the seat in front opens the door.... so it's a constant opening and closing of doors

if you are giving meal in the evening then what is the use of asking during booking. I booked my ticket with non veg food and i was giving a samosa n frooti. wastage of money.
