wrost experience I ticket seats where available after JAMMU
TT HAD NOT BEEN ADJUSTED THE SEAT SEAT
ALL THE INDIAN ARMY PERSONS HAD BEEN WENT BY STANDING STILL DELHI
INDIAN ARMY AS NO REPEST
THE PERSON AS SACRIFICES IS LIFE AS 24HRS DUTY HE CAN STAND FOR 12 HRS CONTINUE
AND THE JOURNEY OF JAMMU TO DELHI IS NOT STILL 8 HRS BUT HUMANITIES IS OVER IN THE HUMAN BEINGS.
AND THE STAFFS OF VANDE BHARAT AS NO KNOWLEDGE

Food taste was not good and served chilled. paratha was difficult to masticate! Rest the train is excellent in cleanliness as well as punctuality. Thankyou very much Indian Railway for providing superb facilities

Amazing how unreserved passengers could board the train making it feel like passenger buses. Food was below average with pathetic quantity and quality. The service was good however the food and quality made the journey okaish

Cleanliness and punctuality was also good. But snacks was not upto mark. Specially sandwich and kachori was not in good condition. There taste was also not upto mark.

No price list was available with pantry car staff and no bill was provided. Where as It is made compulsory by the GOVERNMENT. It is displayed in Ludhiana station canteen also that NO BILL NO PAYMENT, but still they just take the money and keep It in cash box. They forget that they ONLY displayed. It may be Rs 5 item or Rs 200. Once rule is made by GOVERNMENT, then It is their duty to bill and hand over to customer. My mail id is

wi fi not working.
screen behind every seat is like a toy. not working
food was not good. train was 1.10 hrs late
even shatabdi is better.

toilet was not cleaned, seepage from window of rain water, food quality not good, meal was not hot, automatic doors were not working. seats of chair car were hard to feel, uncomfortable for 8 hours journey. speed was good.

vande matram, it's a new era for indian railway.
all is perfect and little bit problem in washroom doors may be when we again going to journey it's will be okay.
