Route changed. Late by 4 hours 30 mins. Charging for services, not providing the same. Name must defined with pros & not cons. Will never travel again. All plans of mine cancelled due to huge delay.

when you confirm ticket please try to do it in middle , not everytime near exit doors , so much of disturbance there with family when u have babies also

The primary thing is to provide food on time to passengers. It provided lunch around 6 pm. Secondly, It does not run on time as Vandebharat claimed to save time by reaching in 8 hours to destination. It is taking almost 14 hours. It's difficult for passengers to sit for such a long time. So, please tell us time while considering all parameters like fog, running status of trains and technicalities that railway lacking.

train should have hand bag hanging hooks. food item kulche and chole should be changed with other item like stuff paroda etc.

very bad train! today it's more than 3hour late
and they don't provide food also so i request to railway to take a strictly action against it........... poor experience........

feeling very tired,, as seats are not comfortable,, after travelling by this train headache starts,, its not a good travelling

seat of CC are not comfortable, less cushioned, shatabdi CC has much better seats than vande bharat.

Every thing is fine. The only thing I would like to Add that Seat should be much Comfortable as compare to Shatabdi ..what I felt after Traveled this Train.

Food is good only from Delhi to Varanasi.
Do not book from Varanasi to Delhi.
Food is very bad poor quality and qty.

there should be a button to call staff for assistance. there was leakage in water taps and tubes in the toilet. announcement should be made for what shall be served during the journey. there was dent in the train from outside which was not looking good.

only one drawback...seats are not so comfortable, it must have push back system, current seats are good for 1-2 hrs journey but not suitable for 8 hrs long journey.... railway need to be rethink....

c13 & c14 toilet locked. Quantity of food was less & lot of sweet was added not good for diabetics & coffee was pre sugar added. Seats are stiff & no tilting support.Not suitable for more than 2 hrs journey.
