oh my god! I can't just imagine the train awesome and it's service also,the staff will ne so humble for a coustomer nd most of the beautiful think was the train will be so neat and clean,,,i love this journey nd i thought i will again travel with this train....thanku so much

the food quality was pretty bad. Had to live with acidity for a full day. I had ordered food , but the pantry man serving initially didn't serve me. once I told him he came and provided. The staff was not properly trained . He was carrying the trash plates in his han and it felt over me. He should have carried the trash plates in the blue bin tray provided

Breakfast was good but lunch was pathetic....it caused food poisoning & had to get hospitalized for 2 days due to Dehydration & Vomiting caused by food poisoning....God save us from such Dangerous food of The ELITE TRAIN Vande Bharat

This train suppose to be stopped at Prayagraj and kanpur but stopped at nany stations. Although it started at right time 6:00 am but reached new delhi at 7:00 pm instead of 2:05 pm. Delayed by almost 5 hours.

On the whole of 34hr 40min journey only once the coaches were cleaned inside that to for formalities only. Toilets were very worst with bad smell, no any airfreshner. Pantry food was very less quality but costs high.

1) Aircondition system was very poor. Need to inform coach attendent 3-4 times to get the cooling proper.
2) Coffee / Tea quantity has been reduced to half. Vendor had to provide min 150 ML however they are providing only 100 ML. This is cheating to passenger.

Worst train with respect to cleanliness and coach attendant punctuality. We boarded the train at Gwalior and asked for bedsheet. The attendant refused and said it isn't available in the whole train even curtains of some windows were missing.

worst service I never experienced yet before ...nonsense 3rd ac coaches with no proper cooling system during night...worst service regarding washrooms ...overall the journey was turbulence

why are collecting blankets before reaching the destination ? At the time of collections either they fold or keep in heaps to carry . Lot of dust in the AC compartment . Just imagine the dust comes out from the rug/rasji/thick covering b

1. There is no cleanliness in washrooms.
2. People are smoking inside the washrooms it is very risk in Safety point of view.
3. Food Quality is little bit improved as comparative to previous days, but cost is too high and quantity is less.
4. IRCTC price list TEA cost is 7/- but they are collecting 10 rupees.
5. There is no police rounds.
6. Coaches are maintained by 3rd party vendors but there is no proper monitoring.

My beth was in B4. The total coach was stinking with bad smell. Complaint made several times but no action taken. A rat was died in ac trunking since 4 days as reported by clerkship staff. But no action was taken to remove by railway authority. Passenger were left to suffer like any thing.

The most worst train ever I travelled in past 6 years. For name it's a full AC train but in B1 coach AC was not working nd 5 AC mechanics can't repaired it in 5 hours still they dint find the problem and the boy dint gave pillow through out the journey from warrangle to Agra cantt. WC was not cleaned. Food also not good it was just they boiled it nd served for 150rs. Rating one star is more to this train . Waste train.
