The train is very dirty, the bathroom was not clean at all and was completely broken and the pantry staff was untidy

tooo bad... i ever had this kind of bad experience.. no proper food ,clean.. such a ?? wrost train and circumstance.. tooo late no punctuality...

Arrived three hours late at mathura jn but an hour late on arrival.. Very unclean.. Windows full of dust n dirt.. Screens shabby.. One side door got locked n cldnt be opened.. No catering in train..

zero cleaning when train was reached on Ndls platform.. wash room is pathetic..flush is not working in washroom near to my seat washroom. biggest think nobody came for checking the ticket..coach s11 tyer is sourrinding like a bomb blast sound near to 71 seat number...no food tea pantry service I this train

Dont book tik in this train,train late by 8:30 hr from source station Delhi itself,Poor cleanness,AC not working properly,I suggest indian railways as well as rail ministry if you not runs train on time don't show off you are working on train time punc

the train schedule delayed for hours first,then again 4 hours and again 2 hours
total trai n departure delayed from 23:45 to 11:00 next day.

Coach is very very bad.
2a.c. Coach is worst than sleeper coach of TN or GT Exp.
Toilets are very worst.
AC is very bad.
