Water was not available in the train.
There were pregnant ladies and handicapped persons. They as well as we also suffered. 75% senior citizen were there. Main thing was my bag was stolen in Ludhiana.. In every AC coach one policemen should be there.

The booking system is not good, there are a lot to improve, whenever you are TRAVELING WITH YOUR FAMILY, ie. Mother and her child (between 6to17 years) they should not be alloted seats in different coaches. They must be seated nearby.

toilets was not cleaned. one toilet door was broken. B11 bogies was not cleaned. food. plastic and others things bottle were found here and there. so experience was very bad .

The area around the berth was smelling foul, bedrolls were dirty. Allowed food vendor served the food which was of worst quality and the flour of which the Paranthaas were cooked felt sandy.

A. C NOT WORKING, FROM STARTING TO LAST STATION., BATHROOM NOT CLEAN, NO, WATER. NO STAFF IN TRAIN BOGIE NO. BE 1 IN TRAIN.. TRAIN LATE REACHING DEE AT. 6.20AM.

rats were roaming in 2 tierac cabin... also the toilets were not clean.. coach A4.. Seat no. 47

Filled with Cockroaches..... Horrible. Complained on Twitter for PNR No. 2718779599. The T.T. simple said, that cockroaches are always there. They can't help it. The attendant & cleanliness person also gave an irresponsible reply. An action was seen through twitter and got some help at Ludhiana Railway station. But all exercise was invain.
It was horrible spending the night in the train.
