Black Diamond Express is very old train. I traveled several time through this. But, this after 13 years I availed Black Diamond. It's quality became 3rd class. Very dirty, toilets are not clean and windows are impossible to close because of the glass shatters are not working.

train was 35 minutes late and people with unreserved tickets got up in the reserved compartment, TTE was of no work.

Regarding punctuality I am not happy. Some general passengers are occupied reserve compartment from different stations which is a big question of security.

cannot comment about on board food as trip was short..

It was a good journey with Black diamond exp, the train is a great one, very punctual,but improvement is needed in terms of cleanliness

no maintenance seats are broken.my seat C1-67 is in very bad condition.
