never use this train, horrible experience. train timing is 9:30 PM and it's late by 9 hour's.

very poor cleaning...no watering at any station... stopped for hours on every station... don't recommend to anyone at all.

Is there any way to do negative marking. Worst train.. Delayed by 7 hours.. From Varanasi to mugalsarai station distance is 15 km. It took 1.50 hours to travel that distance.

In slepper class train toilet is very bad and no one staff to clean the toilet.

Cleaness of the bogy was worst. Bad smell was coming out from toilet room no water in some of washroom. This was the condition of sleeper coach

Bathroom cleaning via not good and train is always late and atendent Serv sheat to any body in second A C class.
So please update it.

very bad quality of food given by indian railways pantry .and they also takes ?120-150 for food that were if bought in outside railways costs ?50-55.
there where wear tear of charging points .
dirty bathrooms.
