Very nice train. Staff is helpfułl cleaning is oparete time to time. Food delivery is so good(pantry service ) , tea/coffee available aňd quality is very good. very nice train. I recommended to all.

My train reached at least 15 min before scheduled arrival time at most of the station. It reached 50 minutes before time at mughalsarai. This is the best train

Left train from Kolkata without running AC in B 7 and continued till 1 hour the response of TTE and technical team were blaming and unlikely. Must change the mentality of these offical because they are unresponsive and attitudeful
