by mistake we have not booked food ...so we thought we will buy in train so we asked for tea from the attendant...first response he gave that he will take care of the passenger first who has booked the meal we are okay with that but later on in full journey he has no courtesy to check what we would like to order even TC has told him to check our breakfast requirements ...in whole journey his attitude was that he will not serve us even he was serving to the passenger who were sitting out next ,front and back passengers...we were not asking for free thae way we have treated in that train...it was a bad experience can say.
also would like to say that our return ticket was from the same day in vande Bharat ticket got waitlist after the chart prepare and by rule the tickets automatically got cancelled but still they have deducted 500 rs from the tickets amount which is really shameful. you need to respond on this.

Food quality is good. Poori subji may be replaced with Thepla. Premix tea of Girnar is very good. Present quality is not satisfactory.

Train was more than 3 hrs late. schedule time of departure was 6.20am, than rescheduled for 8.20am from CSTM, than later around 8.15am announcement done that this train will depart from Dadar stn but No time mentioned. Later when train departed from Dadar around at 9.40pm, the pantry was missed out to board the train. To conclude, there was no proper planning leading to passengers discomfort and embarrassment. Would expect from this experience management will improve to earn customer C Sat.

The toilet was very dirty, & I was assigned a seat near the toilet so overall it was a horrible experience.

Dear Vande Bharat (22224) Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the air conditioning in the C6 compartment during my recent journey on 08 Sep 24 from Sainagar Shridi to CSMT. The AC was not functioning effectively, causing considerable discomfort throughout the trip.
I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that future passengers do not face the same inconvenience.

i travelled first time from Vande Bharat and really its feel great to have a train like vande bharat in our country, another site Food is also good quality and the service is also good.

Train can easily cover the same distance in a shorter time but is unable to reach its full potential. Overall, it was a good experience.

E1 coach is a walking place for all other coaches' passengers. Do much disturbance. Entry must be restricted.
Seats (7&8) were very uncomfortable. There is no sufficient leg space and foot rest available to sit comfortably.

Water bottle was not provided. It was provided in Nashik, but not useful for us, as we were travelling up to Nashik.
