there is no specific place to hang bag & put water bottle. bathroom and besin both are chocked.

Train was late by an hour. Cleanliness in toilets was not good. Cleanliness in train was good. When i spend so much for this train, i expect punctuality and cleanliness, which both were missing.

I didn't wanted food but though there is a option for no food I wasn't able to proceed further after selecting this option. The food always has paneer and thick rotis which are not of good quality. The cleaning was not done and rubbish strewn down. The bedding used by earlier passengers was not cleared and was all lying on lower berth, no place to seat after entering the compartment. The passage was so blocked and there was chaos. I think the attendent should immediately come and clean berths and give fresh linen to new passangers. He came at Borivali to collect linen why so early when the last stop was there. He should collect it after everyone leaves compartment but this time he was in hurry.

Give stop to Borivali Station since it is very difficult to board return local train from mumbai central at evening peak hours time with family.

food complain lodged , distribution of Raw chicken in lunch time without proper boiling and cleaning .

Dust was too much on windows, mosquitoes wandering in boggie, food quality was average, AC temp was too below average leading to chilling cold.
After repeated message no one cared
