mosquitos in plenty in all cabins
dead insects on berths.
toilets dirty, stinking.
commode seat covers dirty, need.

i ordered food last time but it was not delivered second time due to non management and rush passengers were standing infront of washroom gates not able to collect the food parcel I order

5star for cleanliness... but I hate the catering of this train meal nd other refreshment are too costly since it doesn't allow local vendors to sell refreshments.. will suggest passengers to carry your necessities. need to be punctual in terms of time. that's it

The timing is better in summer, as the departure from Indore is 18:40. Tries to maintain punctuality & is given better priority than narmada express or Penchvalley passenger. But, if you have a reservation in non AC sleeper class then you might feel like a Jackass bcz all other people without reservation will still occupy your berth & won't give a shit about your opinion. Besides, this is a scenario in every train in India. I've not ordered food, so don't consider my food rating.
