Food served is horrible, tasteless and very low quality.
Bathrooms are not hygienic - they smell of piss all over.
garbage bags are just lying around and not taken care of.

too much rush. no tte came to check passengers. too many passengers with general unreserved ticket in the coach. people lying on walkway and even on the doors of toilet.

Everything is fine but in outside Compartment there is no written anything outside Compartment in C-1.it happens many times, Staff TTe behaviour is very bad.The biggest problem of every person is that there is no written Compartment C-1 and families run away with Children.No previous information given in any platform and staff of TTE always rude and very Careless.They don't know how representative Great INDIAN RAILWAY. Kindly notify the solution.

worst train experience, train late from the departure station itself and no one even told me what the reason was and after the rescheduled timing it was again late by 1:30 hrs. It is called Mahanagari express but has no pantry, so many people suffer for food and water, terrific scenes and nightmare journey, disappointed

No pantry. Food provided by IRCTC at Jabalpur is horrible. You should rather order from a food vendor through IRCTC app.
Water in toilet gets over after half the journey.
Train was 4 hours and 30 minutes late.
