After Kalyan station, even people with general tickets crowded into the sleeper coach, and no one stopped them.
train The train coach was really dirty, especially the toilet and basin. This time, traveling was very inconvenient.

Everything is good but the pillow and bedsheet were dirty, it feels very bad, Indian Railways should definitely do something about this.

ये ट्रेन कॉलिटी एकदम थर्ड क्लास लेवल की हैं बहोत ही गंधी हैं जिसका टिकट रिजर्वेशन नहीं हैं वो भी उसमे ही चढ़ ज्याता हैं उसके वजह से हमारी ट्रेन मुंबई सीएसटी से छूट गया

food was cold. food was in a plastic tray, wrapped with plastic, difficult to open. traveled in first class. Didn't observe any difference in quality of food

travelled in S4, good coach ,not much outside sound, windows must be changed to side sliding , toilets good but Indian toilets were dirty maybe some passenger don't know to flush or no water
