2AC washroom was equivalent to general compartment. Bedsheets were used and almost black in colour. Anyone and vendors can sit inside the compartment and keep their things and flight near the washroom and yet TC is okay with all this. Smoking sensor itself stolen

i had food service in my ticket it was included but i did not get the food no one came and asked for food if food was included in the ticket they why did not give and why should i had to pay somuch for ticket without meal

train was delayed for 1 hr , same like previous journey 3 pax were sleeping on my birth S1-73 with general ticket, after that they layed down creating huge inconvenience and during sunrise reservation compartment became general and 3 pax came and sath on my birth , no TC during final stop and allowing the general pax in reservation taking bribes from them

train was too late .all the plans hv been vanished ,not exceptable from irtc .need compensation and wasted of 8hours . irresponsible service from irtc .if same happens from airways they compensate the journey.

I can't understand that I'm traveling in reservation or general compartment we travel in reservation for comfortable journey but without proper reservation ticket people traveling in reservation and full of rush and we feel very uncomfortable i request railway to take seriously and to provide extra general coaches this is pan India problem

No pantry in tha train. so overall good ,including pantry very use tha train so I expected future joining to pantry consider Railway Departments. Railneer not provide in the train another water bottles sale in the train so pls solve tha greevenes...

I booked my tickets 15-20 days before still I only got RAC seats. Per ticket you are charging more amount and if I cancel the ticket I have not evn receive 70% of the amount which I paid completely not satisfied 👎👎

In the sleeper coach (reserved coach) all people are entering and no one is asking them (RPF, Ticket Collector) they are arguing with a seated person like that seat belongs to them. Please resolve the problem earliest............

Need to look on cleanliness of the bogi and kitchen team not in clean and hygiene standards and most important point water bottle MRP is 15Rs and kitchen team is sailing on 20Rs if we ask questions they are very rude.

मैंने आपके ॲप द्वारा ट्रेन का टिकीट बुक किया है मगर आप से जब ट्रेन कॅन्सल हो जाती है तो उसका स्टेटस कोई नही देखा था उसको भी अब जल्दी नही करते आपके तरफ से जो दिखाई जाती है फिल्मे आप देते नही है कॅन्सलेशन चार्ज लगाने की आपको जरूरत नही है उसमे दुरूस्ती कीजिए आपने जीस ट्रेन का जिस पिणार का पोलिटी पुछा है कॅन्सल हो चुकी है आप मेरे को उसका एक्सप्रेस पूछ रहा है कैसे पता चलता है कि आप किती कमी आहे

जब मेरा सफ़र ही नही हुआ तो रेटिंग क्या दू waiting list system is third class... suddenly I saw my tatkal is cancelled .. atleast confirm ticket may alott for TATKAL...& Refund Only ₹ 60 मेरे ये ₹६० भी रेल सेवा में लगाते😡
